Using the website
We understand that being closed for such long periods is difficult for many of you and we have been doing our best to offer a remote enquiry, research, and digitisation service to try and alleviate this. However, as we draw closer to completing the move we had to stop our research and digitisation services at both Ipswich and Lowestoft from 8 February. We have been contacting customers with existing orders about delivery times. We will restart these services as soon as we are able once the moves have been successfully completed.
There is no change to the services users can access online; they can still browse the website and search the catalogue, as well as purchase and download already digitised images.
We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause. We will share any changes or developments that occur through our Suffolk Archives Coronavirus Update page.
