Verifying your account

Once you have registered for an account you will see a red banner across your account details page asking you to verify your account.

Verification is only needed when you actually visit a branch and have ordered documents online.  As part of the process we will ask to see your CARN ticket or issue you with a new CARN ticket and then link the information to your website account.

If you are using the website to search catalogues, order copies or download digital images you don’t need to verify your account.
